can we make call from PC?? or we have to use their access numbers?
if they dont have their Access number for my country is there any other way?

I am afraid they do not have an app that lets you make calls from PC. However, if you can call US for free (and have a unique number) you can set it up as your pinless dial number and then make calls using IndiaLD.
A unique number is a number that is not shared by others. For instance, nettalk app provides free calls but everyone using that app will appear to make calls from the same number.
